Chef Rukaia arrived in Belgium as a refugee in 2015 and began her journey through catering and food preparation. Alongside her studies, she developed a passion for baking and cake making, taking further training in 2018 to strengthen her skills.
With dedication and hard work, she turned her passion into a business and opened her own shop for traditional Syrian desserts & catering service in Antwerp, for events, celebrations and gatherings.
As a mother of four, Rukaia continues to grow her business while sharing her passion for Syrian cuisine with the wider community. Her journey is a story of resilience, determination and entrepreneurship.
